The Grove Academy Wilton is seeking an Educational Leader to inspire and guide our educators in delivering high‑quality education programs. You’ll lead the implementation of our Grove Theory curriculum, creating a dynamic, safe and engaging learning environment for children.
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, with proven mentoring experience, knowledge of EYLF and NQS, robust leadership and communication skills, and a valid WWCC.
