Chobani Australia is seeking an Area Lead to coach a 10–15 person production team on the Dandenong South line, focusing on safety, quality and line OEE. Reporting to the Day Shift Manager, you’ll spend time on the floor driving improvements and building capability.

This permanent day shift role (6:00am–6:00pm) offers a structured roster with regular days off and fewer weekend commitments, plus a culture that rewards ownership, accountability and people-first leadership.
