Tennis QLD is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver friendly, qualified service to Queensland Tennis Centre members and guests.
You will handle phone, email and face-to-face enquiries, support café tasks and apparel sales, and keep administrative records up to date.
You will build relationships with stakeholders, identify event prospects and contribute to a positive team setting, supporting QTC's commercial viability while meeting police and child-safety checks requirements.
