Alzheimer's Queensland’s Gold Coast service on the Arundel site is seeking a Lead Dementia Respite Assistant for a permanent full time position.

You will lead care delivery across centre-based and community respite programs, mentor frontline staff, and ensure person-centred, compassionate support for older Australians living with dementia within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes dignity, independence and meaningful engagement in everyday activities.
