Yorkeys Knob Boating Club is seeking a Head Chef for its vibrant Boaties Bar & Grill in Stratford, QLD. Lead a busy club kitchen, develop and deliver menus, and manage rostering, supplier relations, payroll and COGS. 38 hours per week with day, night and weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in a high-volume kitchen, Certificate 3 in Commercial Cooking or higher, and formal culinary training. Salary from AU$80,000 per year, weekly pay with applicable penalty rates.
