As a Store Manager for Witchery, you will do more than lead a store,youwill bring the Witchery brand to lifeacross multiple standaloneand concessionsites. How You Will Contribute

- Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
- Conduct detailed analysis of cluster performance to make informed business decisionsimpactingprofitability
- Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
- Attract,engageandretaintalent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
- Activelymaintaina safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
- Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
