Enormous opportunity for a professional Finance / Business Manager.
Sunstate is looking for an experiencedBusiness Manager (F&I;)to join our high-performing team.
You will supportBRP (Sea-Doo & Can-Am) and Boatssales acrossthree stores, with volumes of up to100 sales per month.
This is a genuine high-volume role with outstanding earning potential for a skilled and driven finance professional.
We are a successful family-owned multi-location group based on the Sunshine Coast, with additional stores on the Fraser Coast and Gold Coast.

In this role you will
Structure and present finance, insurance and protection products to customers




Maximise penetration and profitability on every deal
Work closely with the sales teams across three stores to deliver seamless customer experiences
Ensure all deals are compliant and completed accurately
Build solid relationships with finance providers and internal teams
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
About you
Proven experience as a Business Manager / F&I; Manager in automotive, marine, powersports or similar high-volume retail
Strong product knowledge of finance, insurance and aftermarket products
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Highly organised, accurate and target-driven
Ability to manage high volumes while maintaining quality and compliance
This is a full time role with primary base on the Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore), supporting multiple stores.
