Foodfolk Australia is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the recent Melbourne facility.
You will lead a section in a quick-paced, high-volume production kitchen, delivering authentic Vietnamese, Thai and Filipino dishes with consistency and care.
The role requires 2–3 years in a similar kitchen, solid food-safety knowledge, and hands-on mentoring of junior team members.
