Medicross Jimboomba seeks a senior medical receptionist to join the team on a casual basis with an immediate start.
You will handle phone calls, book appointments, manage patient billing, scan information, and update medical records while supporting the practice manager and doctors as part of a cohesive team.
The role requires initiative, solid customer service, and skilled telephone manners.
Availability Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm and weekends is expected.
