Westfield Doncaster is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for our Car Park operation.
This hands-on leadership role will oversee a high-volume, in office team to deliver a safe, efficient and customer-focused parking experience.
You will monitor performance, analyse car park data, coordinate maintenance and system performance, and partner with centre teams to drive improvements.
The role is permanent, full time, in office with a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
