Balanz is a leading industry award winning Finance Brokerage, servicing Business Owners and Professionals.
We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Home Loan & Equipment Finance Analyst to join our Townsville team.
You'll work closely with the small local Townsville office in a high paced setting, supported by a larger Brisbane team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Analyse Personal Tax Returns and business financials and performance
Manage day to day enquiries from our clients and provide them with excellent support & service
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure effective and quality debt advice and application processing, in a prompt timeframe
Manage multiple applications in line with meeting SLA's and customer expectations
Collaborate with a small, motivated local team
To be successful in this role you will:




Have an inquiring mind that wants to understand the customer's needs and a deep desire to support the customers business.
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
Strong understanding of financial analysis (understanding of Financial Statements and Personal Tax Returns)
Previous lending experience or relevant Degree is highly valued, but not a must
Excellent communication and customer service
Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively resolve issues with minimal supervision
