Scheduler, or Construction Administrator and you're ready to step out of the office and onto site, this role gives you a change to become a residential site supervisor., NOR Central corridor is looking for an ambitious trainee to join their construction team and grow into a fully-fledged Site Supervisor.
You'll be supported by senior supervisors, structured training, and exposure to real-time site operations across single and double-storey builds.

What you'll be doing
Assisting supervisors with daily site walks, QA checks, and progress updates




Learning how to manage trades, schedule workflow, and maintain build timelines
Supporting defect management, variations, and client communication
Gaining exposure to compliance, safety, and residential construction standards
Building solid relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal teams
About the Candidate
Solid organisational skills and understanding of residential build stages
A genuine desire to move onsite and build a long-term construction career
Confidence communicating with trades and internal stakeholders
Driver's licence and willingness to travel across NOR Central sites
