We regularly open old and rare bottles from key producers around the world.The person we are looking for is dedicated to their craft, they should have experience of section waiting.
The span of experience we are looking for could be long or short but a central belief in taking charge of quality and making experiences original is essential.We are delighted to offer great conditions to these people that include but are not limited to:-Accelerated pathway to management/ownership for the right candidates-Knowledge building trips to local producers as well as wine tasting practice.
