The position involves a mix of administrative, customer service - Primarily Inbound calling, and data-related tasks.What you'll do:Handle high volumes of inbound calls and assist customers with enquiries.Provide qualified and friendly service.Accurately update and maintain customer records.What we're looking for:Solid communication and problem-solving skills.Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced team workplace.Work Hours/ Attire:Current shifts operating Monday - Friday 08:30 - 4:30pm.Casual Business Attire.For the applicant to be successful, he/she must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test as well as a clear Police check.
