A day in the life of a F&B; Attendant
- Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.
- Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
- Deliver top‑notch customer service, making every interaction fun and memorable.
- From the first pour of the day to the final lock‑up, you’ll be on the front lines, maintaining high standards and creating a memorable experience.
- Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent requirements
- This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting (e.g., moving stock, kegs, deliveries). Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you
- You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
- You’re a team player motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
- You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
- Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
