The Role

We’re a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard‑working and fun. This is a Lawyer position, working alongside Nicholas Edwards, our Head of Restructuring & Insolvency. The team has grown to be a leading R&I; practice, and you will be given exposure to a wide range of issues arising from corporate distress with a focus on restructuring and turnaround. You will have the opportunity to act for lenders, insolvency practitioners, distressed debt funds, corporates and company directors.

Qualifications

- With at least 2+ years’ experience
- Strong front‑end Restructuring and Insolvency experience (however also open to candidates with a mixed practice)
- With a genuine passion for Restructuring & Insolvency
- Willing to work in a fantastic team culture
- Entrepreneurial and innovative mind‑set
