Goldsmith is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Pakenham workshop, optimise workflows, and drive fleet reliability across earthworks, remediation, civil construction, and water infrastructure sectors.You'll supervise a hands-on team, plan preventative maintenance, manage parts and supplier relationships, and ensure WHS compliance.
A Mechanical trade background and robust leadership are essential; HR/HC licence is a plus.
