Wesley Mission is seeking a case manager to provide high-quality case management to children and young people in Out of Home Care, based in Armidale/Tamworth. This is a 4-day work week position with a potential pathway to full time employment.

The successful applicant will manage a case load and work collaboratively with birth parents, carers, and key stakeholders. Candidate must have a relevant degree and experience in case management.
