REFOCUS on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an Out of Home Care Practitioner to support children, young people and families across OOHC programs.
You'll work directly with children aged 0–17, parents and carers to promote safety, wellbeing and stability in trauma-informed ways.You will collaborate with families, kin, carers, Elders and partner agencies, and undertake case planning, documentation and reporting while upholding the 10 Child Secure Standards and cultural safety principles.
