Glencore in Townsville, Queensland, Australia is hiring a Refinery Operator (Anode) to support the secure production of copper anodes in the Anode Casting area.
You will operate a broad range of processing equipment to meet safety and quality standards while working on a 3 days on, 4 days off 12-hour shift roster.Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will contribute to continuous improvement, monitor operations, and troubleshoot issues within a small, safety‐driven team.
