We're partnering with a leading explosives and blasting provider to recruit an experienced Blasting Supervisor to oversee daily operations on a major WA mine site.

and explosives requirements.Coordinate equipment maintenance and operational resources.Manage explosives inventory and stock accountability.Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across site operations.Conduct safety meetings, investigations, and audits as required.Coach, mentor, and develop members of the blasting team.About YouPrevious experience as a Blasting Supervisor, Senior Shotfirer, or similar leadership role.Strong knowledge of explosives and dangerous goods legislation.WHS Statutory Supervisor Qualifications.G2 Risk Management qualification.HR Driver's Licence.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Robust focus on safety and operational excellence.DesirableShotfirer Licence.Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.QA Auditing experience.Open pit mining experience.If you're looking for a days-only roster and the prospect to lead a high-performing blasting team with a market-leading organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
