Position: Cook (ANZSCO )

Salary: $76,000 - $80,000 plus Superannuation

Location: Swan Hill, VIC 3585

Our client 'Niko Niko' is looking for a Chef to join their growing kitchen team.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
- Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment
- Preparing and cooking food
- Seasoning food during cooking
- Portioning food, place it on plates and add gravies, sauces and garnishes
- Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities
- Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
- Be a team player
- May plan menus and estimate food requirements
- May train other kitchen staff and apprentices

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Relevant qualification/s
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role/setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for cooking
