Your new role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project leads, cost teams, and wider team to ensure alignment across project activities.
- Prepare and distribute regular project reports, tracking progress and key metrics.
- Monitor compliance with project processes and provide feedback to delivery teams.
- Support cost tracking and reporting across multiple work streams.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in mining or heavy industry (e.g. mining, oil & gas, water, engineering)
- Proven experience in cost tracking, reporting, and analysing project performance
- Confident in coordinating with cross-functional teams including project, cost, and estimating stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and produce clear, accurate reports
