We're seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead an afternoon production team in a busy steel manufacturing environment.
Afternoon Shift: 12:00pm – 8:00pm | Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support production staff on shift
- Oversee flashing and folding operations
- Monitor production targets and quality standards
- Promote a strong safety culture
- Train and mentor team members
- Assist with troubleshooting and process improvements

About You
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Leading Hand
- Strong flashing and folding or relevant experience
