Genesis Minerals Limited is seeking a Leading Hand Process Technician to join our Processing team at the Laverton operations. Based on a fly-in fly-out roster from Perth, the role will provide leadership to the process team and ensure production targets are met.
You will drive safety, efficiency and continuous improvement, mentor junior operators and contribute to plant upgrades while reporting to the Process Shift Supervisor. This role offers a FIFO schedule and a market-competitive salary package.
