Based in Sydney CBD, this is an opportunity to join a Big Four bank supporting business customers across Australia while gaining valuable banking and customer service experience.

Your new role

As a Business Banking Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking support with their accounts and banking enquiries. You'll handle approximately 15-20 inbound calls per day, helping customers find solutions, resolve issues and navigate their banking needs.

Key responsibilities

- Managing inbound customer enquiries
- Resolving customer issues and providing solutions
- Navigating multiple systems to access customer information
- Delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction
- Working collaboratively within a structured team environment





What you'll need to succeed

- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Strong communication skills and qualified phone manner
- Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions
- Resilience, adaptability and a customer-first mindset
- Confidence learning new systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail
