There are 2 motels with a total of 45 rooms to permanently manage in Wagga Wagga & Gundagai. All linen is outsourced. Housekeeping in place who do all the cleaning, stripping etc – managers will not need to do any cleaning. No reception hours as rooms are keyless entry and check-in details are provided to guests on day of arrival. No food. No gardening in Gundagai and Wagga has a big garden managed by a contract gardener. Gundagai has No pool; Wagga has a pool, however it will not require any checking or cleaning for this relief period. General maintenance will be required at each property as needed. Sorry No Pets. Little Hotelier & RMS FOS . Accommodation provided: Manager’s residence at Gundagai. Handover only training provided. $300 per day. These motels use keyless entry and since this is a short relief period, no trips to the Wagga Wagga property are required.
