You’ll take responsibility for a well‑managed portfolio of approximately 100 tenancies—75 commercial and 25 retail . The position is available because a valued team member is relocating to regional WA, and you’ll receive a proper handover into the role.

What we’re looking for
You’ll be an experienced Property Manager who:
- Understands leases and property management
- Communicates confidently with owners, tenants and contractors
- Uses sound judgement and takes ownership
- Values strong systems, constructive feedback and accountability
- Commercial property management experience is strongly preferred. We may also consider an exceptional senior strata or residential Property Manager with the capability and judgement to transition into commercial.
