The role involves support under the supervision of a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, contributing to assessment, care delivery and continuity of care within a cooperative ward team.You will work with consumers, families and colleagues to provide person‐centred care, while maintaining accurate documentation and participating in multidisciplinary rounds.
