This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality food, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to a positive and efficient team environment.This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Chef de Partie to take ownership of a section and continue developing their skills within a dynamic and professional kitchen focused on quality, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present high-quality dishes in a timely mannerMaintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentationTake ownership of a designated section and ensure its smooth operationSupport the wider kitchen team during service and event executionLead sections during weddings, events, and high-volume service periodsAssist with menu execution, recipe preparation, and food presentationSupport stock control, ordering, and storage of food suppliesMaintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environmentEnsure adherence to food safety, hygiene,
