Your Mission:
Join a fast-paced IT environment where your technical expertisekeeps our systems humming and our people connected. As the go-totech troubleshooter, you’ll be the first line of defence againstsystem issues, security threats, and user frustrations, making areal impact every day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver responsive L1–L2 support acrossdesktops, systems, telephony, mobile devices, and AVsystems.
- Administer user accounts, security policies, andconfigurations via Active Directory andMicrosoft 365 .
- Manage Exchange, Intune, Endpoint Configuration Manager,and MDM platforms.
- Troubleshoot network issues, hardwarefaults, and software bugs with precision and speed.
- Monitor and elevate cybersecurity threats, ensuring asecure digital environment.
- Collaborate on IT projects, audits, and continuousimprovement initiatives.
Tech Stack You’ll Work With:
- Networking: LAN/WAN, DHCP, PrintingServices, basic network troubleshooting

Who You Are:
- A tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for user supportand system reliability.
- Experienced in help desk/service desk environments andenterprise IT tools.
- Skilled in troubleshooting across hardware, software, andnetworks.
- Cyber-aware and proactive about security bestpractices.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative,service-oriented environments.
Must-Haves:
- Tertiary qualification in IT (Cert IV, Diploma orDegree).
- SA Driver’s Licence.
- DHS Working with Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
