Hyatt Regency Brisbane is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead Lennon’s Restaurant & Bar and In-Room Dining. You will supervise outlets, manage operations and drive guest satisfaction in line with Hyatt standards.
Reporting to the Restaurants Manager, you will develop the team, monitor payroll, and ensure accurate checklists and smooth service across shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
