Peerzada & Associates, a well-established legal practice in Auburn, is seeking a Professional Legal Training (PLT) student to join our dynamic team. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work closely with our experienced lawyers across various areas of law, including Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Family Law, Conveyancing, and Immigration Law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with file management and legal documentation.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence.
- Conduct initial client interviews and manage client communication.
- Support senior lawyers and barristers in Criminal, Family, and Civil law matters.
- Provide general assistance in the office’s daily operations.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Please note that this is an unpaid position . However, for the right candidate, there is potential for a junior lawyer position within our firm upon successful completion of the PLT program.
