Role Overview

Our team members are the face of Bunnings, providing friendly and helpful service to every customer who walks through our doors. They ensure a positive store experience by offering tools, advice and support for DIY projects. Full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available, with flexible morning, day or evening shifts from Sunday to Thursday.

Responsibilities

- Provide customers with the best experience across the store
- Work as part of the Builders team in a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and stock movement
- Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean, tidy and well‑organised
- Serve customers with a smile at the checkout registers

Qualifications





- Genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
- Enthusiasm for learning about products and services and readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
- Act with integrity, be safe and do your best
- Availability to work flexible schedule (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
- Current forklift licence desirable but not essential
- Must be 18 years or older to receive the adult pay rate of $28.64 per hour; applicants must be 15 or over to apply
