About the Role

As a Commercial Plumbing Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of commercial plumbing projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You’ll coordinate crews, liaise with builders and clients, mentor apprentices and work closely with management to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead small to medium‑sized plumbing teams
- Coordinate daily site operations
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Monitor project quality, productivity and progress
- Mentor apprentices and junior plumbers
- Communicate with builders, site supervisors and clients
- Maintain safety and compliance standards
- Identify and resolve site issues before they impact project delivery

About You

You’re an experienced commercial plumber who enjoys leading from the front.

You take pride in producing quality work, communicating well with your team and creating a positive site culture.

Essential Requirements

- Current WA Plumbing Licence
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- 5–10+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Minimum 2–4 years in a Leading Hand or Supervisor position
- Experience delivering commercial and/or civil plumbing projects
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to coordinate trades, manage workflow and solve problems effectively
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude with a team‑first approach
