As an Inbound Sales Consultant based in our Traralgon office, you’ll support our sales team in delivering exceptional service to current and existing Aussie Broadband customers. You’ll play a key role in understanding customer needs, providing clear product information, meeting sales targets, and ensuring accurate customer records. Key Responsibilities
- Meeting the prescribed standards and call handling targets and measures.
- Maximising revenue and achieving commission through selling procedures.
- Identifying customer’s needs through questioning techniques, product usage analysis and the application of standard procedures.
- Providing a range of products and services information to customers to enable them to make an informed decision.
- Meeting the required sales targets based upon opportunity.
- Accurate data entry of customer details into CMS systems.
- Escalating customer complaints in accordance with the Aussie Broadband policy and procedures.
