About the role

The Group Company Secretary & Head of Global Risk, Governance and Compliance is a critical enterprise leadership role and trusted adviser to the Board, Chair, CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer, this role reflects the growing strategic importance of governance, risk and compliance within TWE's enterprise leadership framework. You will lead TWE's Company Secretariat function while overseeing the ongoing maturity of the Group's global risk and compliance frameworks, playing a pivotal role in strengthening governance, supporting strategic decision‑making and safeguarding long‑term shareholder value across a global ASX‑listed organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as principal adviser to the Board, Chair and Executive Leadership Team on governance, disclosure and statutory obligations
- Lead TWE's end‑to‑end Company Secretariat function, including Board operations, governance effectiveness and shareholder engagement
- Ensure compliance with ASX Listing Rules, continuous disclosure obligations and periodic reporting requirements
- Oversee TWE's enterprise risk management framework and risk governance activities
- Lead the ongoing development of TWE's global compliance framework and provide reporting and insights to the Audit & Risk Committee and Executive Leadership Team





Who we’re looking for

- Extensive Company Secretary experience within complex ASX300‑listed environments
- Deep expertise in ASX Listing Rules, disclosure and governance obligations
- Proven leadership of Board, Committee and shareholder governance activities
- Strong track record building enterprise risk, governance and compliance frameworks
- Experience leading enterprise risk oversight and Board‑level reporting
- Credibility and influence with Boards, Chairs and Executive stakeholders
- Commercially minded with sound judgement and high professional integrity
- Pragmatic, hands‑on leader who balances strategy with execution
- Skilled in navigating complexity, change and competing stakeholder demands
- Legal qualifications and admission to practice with 10+ years of experience post qualification – highly regarded
