Award: Horticulture Award Pay and Conditions:Pay and conditions are in accordance with the Horticulture Award .
The rate of pay will be dependent on experience and classification under the Award.
Current minimum casual hourly rates include:Level 1: From $ per hour Level 2: From $ per hour following three months' experience.
Applicable penalties, allowances and superannuation apply.Hours of Work: Approximately 30 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak operational periods.About the Role: Down to Earth Pty Ltd is seeking reliable Horticulture Farm Workers to undertake a variety of horticultural activities in the Margaret River region.




Duties may include:Planting and maintaining horticultural cropsHarvesting fruit and vegetablesPruning and crop maintenanceIrrigation installation and maintenanceWeed, pest and disease controlPicking, sorting and packing produceGeneral farm maintenanceGeneral manual labourOther horticultural duties as directedSkills and Attributes No previous horticultural experience is required.
Applicants should:Be physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work.Be reliable and punctual.Be able to work independently and as part of a team.Be willing to work in varying weather conditions.Have a positive attitude and solid work ethic.Training Full on-the-job training will be provided.
Employees will have the prospect to develop their skills and progress to a Level 2 classification in accordance with the Horticulture Award .
