We are an established horticultural production business based in Geraldton, Western Australia, growing and supplying high-quality Continental cucumbers, capsicum, and other fresh produce. We are seeking an experienced Production Horticulture Supervisor to supervise our horticultural production and harvest operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise horticultural production, growing and harvest operations
- Coordinate growing programs and production schedules
- Direct and train field workers to meet quality and food‑safety standards
- Monitor crop health, quality and yield
- Ensure work health and safety, food safety and biosecurity compliance
- Maintain production, spray and harvest records

Qualifications & Experience

- A relevant AQF Certificate III or IV (or equivalent); or 3 years’ experience as a Production Horticulture Supervisor with relevant formal training; or 5 years’ experience with no formal training




- Sound knowledge of crop agronomy and horticultural production
- Ability to supervise and coordinate a team
- Knowledge of WHS, food safety and biosecurity
- Reliable, safety‑focused and organised

Remuneration & Hours

Guaranteed annual salary from $71,550 p.a. plus superannuation. Full‑time, based on a 46‑hour week — 38 ordinary hours plus approximately 8 hours overtime per week — with the guaranteed annual salary inclusive of overtime. Paid in accordance with the applicable Award; higher rates commensurate with skills and experience.
