Our award-winning and highly established home building clients, continuing growth into 2026, are looking to hire experienced home building drafters using various software including AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD to join their drafting teams.

Locations available across all areas of Brisbane – North, West, and South.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

- Reporting to the Drafting Manager or Operations Manager
- Produce accurate working drawings for volume housing projects
- Ensure all work is completed within set time frames
- Ensuring conformance with necessary guidelines and Council requirements
- High levels of accuracy
- Ability to work with a highly supportive and collaborative team environment

Role Requirements:

- MUST HAVE a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a drafter with a volume home building company.




- Intermediate to Advanced level drafting experience using AutoCAD or ArchiCAD or Revit
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record within the volume home building industry
- Strong team player
- Ableto meet deadlines
