Operating nationally, for 35+ years we have specialised in building and contents restoration to domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, and malicious damage.

Responsibilities

- Conduct initial make-safe works for water, mould, fire and other restoration related projects.
- Complete reports and technician duties for water damage, fire damage & mould projects.
- Carry out installation, monitoring and reporting of mitigation & restoration equipment.
- Complete mould cleaning and fire wash down of relevant areas including the usage of restoration chemicals.
- Complete inventory reports restorable/non restorable contents items.
- Complete steam-cleaning of carpets.
- Liaise with internal office staff, project managers, external contractors & clients.
- Work closely with office-based project coordination teams, estimators/supervisors and managers.




- Work to deliver quality, customer service focussed and WHS compliant restoration outcomes.
- Adhere to company guidelines/policies.
- Be available for on-call emergency work allocation (weekends & overtime).

Qualifications

- Full Drivers License and Construction Induction Card.
- Have a current Working with Children Check and police check (or willing to obtain prior to commencement).
- IICRC qualification highly regarded.

Key Skills & Benefits
