Pallas Capital is seeking a proactive Loan Management Officer to join our Credit & Loan Management team in Sydney or Brisbane. The role focuses on actively managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, engaging with borrowers and brokers, and coordinating with credit teams to ensure timely reporting and risk mitigation.

You will work from the office five days a week, using your experience in credit analysis and loan administration to uphold our risk appetite and deliver high-quality
