We also produce premium-quality labels for high-profile brands in the pharmaceutical, durables and home & personal care sectors. Our labels are applied to wine, spirits, beverage and soft drinks bottles, food packaging, bathroom products, medicine containers, white goods and automotive products.

About The Role

Permanent full‑time Machine Operator & Packer (training provided) will join the Production team based in our Scoresby plant, working day shifts 6 am to 2 pm (38‑hour week, Monday to Friday). This role offers an opportunity to develop and progress your career with a leading industry manufacturer.

Duties

- Perform production duties including sorting, banding, packaging, labelling and manual lifting.
- Operate the TXR finishing machine in accordance with training and SOPs.
- Maintain continuous quality control through careful inspection of printed products for clarity and defects.
- Follow all work instructions, procedures and safety standards at all times.
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Apply strong problem‑solving skills to maintain efficiency and resolve issues quickly.

About You

- Prior packing or production experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
- Ability to visually distinguish all colours (essential for label inspection).




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to learning.
- A strong focus on safety and following procedures.
- Not colour blind (colour identification is essential for inspection).
- Reliable transport and full Australian working rights required.
