An opportunity has arisen for a high-performing and proactive Distribution Executive to join the Melbourne team.

This position sits within a collaborative and fast-paced distribution team, supporting a sophisticated client base of international wholesale investors, high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

The role is a key link between client-facing relationship managers and back-office operations, offering strong exposure across investor onboarding, client servicing, operations and distribution support.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Investor Services

- Support relationship managers with investor onboarding, documentation and account maintenance




- Manage client onboarding workflows including KYC/AML screening, data collection and account setup
- Coordinate investor documentation through Salesforce, DocuSign and internal systems
- Liaise closely with Compliance, Finance and Operations teams regarding onboarding and client data processes
- Maintain accurate investor records across CRM systems, unit registries and internal databases
- Prepare investment confirmations and onboarding communications
- Respond to investor queries and provide a high level of client service
- Assist with client reporting and ongoing investor communications
- Support Mandarin translations where required

Distribution & Relationship Support

- Build solid relationships with referral partners, investors and internal stakeholders
- Support distribution and marketing initiatives across the broader team
- Assist with commission tracking and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate marketing materials, presentations and event logistics
- Attend investor and marketing events alongside relationship managers where required

Operations & Projects

- Identify opportunities for operational and process improvements




- Support KYC and operational enhancement projects
- Liaise with data teams regarding management reporting and workflow improvements
- Assist with ad hoc business and operational initiatives

About You

- 4–5+ years’ experience within funds management, private banking, private wealth or a family office environment
- Experience supporting high-net-worth or sophisticated investors
- Strong understanding of KYC/AML and financial services documentation
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese , with the ability to read Mandarin highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce highly regarded
