Overview

Join a supportive OSHC team and create engaging, play‑based experiences that inspire school‑aged children to learn, connect and thrive in a safe and supportive environment at St Francis College.

Our service provides Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care for up to 60 children, offering a safe, engaging and welcoming environment where children can learn, play and thrive.

We deliver a play‑based, child‑led program that encourages children to explore their interests, strengths and creativity while valuing their voices.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging play‑based experiences that support children’s learning, wellbeing and development.
- Work alongside a collaborative team to foster a positive and inclusive environment where children feel protected, connected and inspired.

Job Requirements

- Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working toward).
- Current Queensland Blue Card.
- Completion of, or willingness to complete, mandatory National Child Safety Training (Gecko Learning).
- A passion for the education and care of school‑aged children in a play‑based environment.
- Experience working with school‑aged children in an OSHC, education, recreation or care setting (not essential but highly regarded).




- Ability to communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues.
