Pinnacle People is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a brand-recent farm-to-table hospitality project on a 2,000-acre working farm in Tasmania. The role starts with a 50-seat café serving lunch and specialty coffee, with potential to expand to dinners and premium events.
You will shape the culinary vision, build menus around seasonal, farm-grown produce, and lead a European-inspired kitchen in a brand-current, fully equipped facility with in office accommodation option.
