Klaviyo is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Product Expert) to support APAC customers, primarily in English and Japanese, using email and live chat. You will learn the Klaviyo platform and resolve customer issues with transparent, thoughtful communication.

This role requires weekend availability and work authorization in Australia. Compensation ranges from AUD 80,000 to 120,000, plus bonus, equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits.
