About the Role

AI Video Creator / Producer at Arya in Bondi Junction, NSW, AU. Full‑time on‑site with a competitive day rate and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

- Take course design documents and storyboard concepts and produce finished visual assets.
- Generate video and animation using tools such as Kling, Runway, Higgsfield, and Veo.
- Edit and polish videos (CapCut, iMovie, or Final Cut experience is a bonus).
- Finish and refine assets in the Adobe suite, including Photoshop.
- Work in a fast feedback loop: build, review, tweak, and ship.
- Identify and suggest better workflows or techniques.

Qualifications

- 1+ year experience in media production or as a producer in a fast‑paced creative environment.




- Ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in transitioning from an AI hobbyist to a professional creator.
- Ability to take a concept and deliver high‑quality output within a day.

Working Conditions

- Co‑working space in Bondi Junction; one weekly sync meeting.
- Flexible schedule; typically 2–3 days per week.
- Bring your own laptop; company covers software subscriptions and AI tooling costs.
