Job Description

We're looking for skilled, reliable, and safety-focused Multi-Skilled Machine Operators to join a growing civil construction team delivering major infrastructure projects across North & South Brisbane.

What You'll Be Doing

- Operating a variety of civil construction machinery
- Bulk earthworks, final trim, drainage, roadworks, and subdivisions
- Working alongside experienced supervisors and crews
- Reading plans and understanding levels
- Maintaining machinery and completing pre-starts
- Delivering quality work while maintaining site safety standards

Desired Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in civil construction
- GPS machine control experience highly regarded
- Construction White Card
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
