You will be joining a collaborative and pragmatic executive team. The long-standing CEO has led the organization for over a decade and sets a high standard for quality care and operational resilience. You will also work closely with a highly respected General Manager who brings fantastic energy and fresh perspectives to the group. Together, they foster a high-performing, tightly-knit leadership culture.

What you will be doing

- Running the daily operations of a large-scale, multi-service aged care and retirement living site.
- Ensuring compliance with the new Aged Care Act regulations, including care minute targets and rights-based standards.
- Managing workforce needs, staff performance, and team culture across a diverse staff base.
- Working with the executive team to consider future master planning for the site's remaining vacant land.

Essential Criteria

- AHPRA Registration
- Nursing Degree
- Previous experience managing a nursing home
- Full working rights in Australia
- Working with the executive team to consider future master planning for the site's remaining vacant land.
